<p>The present invention discloses a system and method of improving the product by using RFID device. RFID network which comprises a number of readers, controller, exchanger ,and server etc is disposed in the factory. Worker ID RFID card and component RFID card are inserted into the reader, whereby , information thereof is read, then sent to the controller, server receives the collected product line information from the controller, to makes classify and statistics based the said information. According to the statistics, the server rematches the relationship between component RFID card and component numer , reallocates work flow , generates work history information of the worker, and calculates the standard completion time of the component, so that identifies work neck of the product line.The invention collects data on the product line in real time, achieves product line balance, improves productive efficiency, moreover, eliminates the need that the worker collects paper ticket, and reduces workload of manager and finance operator calculating the ticket.</p> |
