A method for producing mineral water using deep ocean water, which enables the separated potassium to be used by efficiently separating various mineral components, particularly potassium from the deep ocean water while removing sodium chloride from the deep ocean water, improves the recovery ratios of the various mineral components, and can economically produce mineral water that maintains an optional mineral balance desired by a producer, is provided. A method for producing mineral water using deep ocean water comprises the steps of: passing the deep ocean water through a reverse osmosis membrane to obtain concentrated water containing ion components and permeate with the ion components being removed therefrom; heating, concentrating and filtering the concentrated water to separate crystals of calcium salt, sodium salt and sulfate; heating, concentrating and filtering the calcium salt, sodium salt and sulfate-removed concentrated water to obtain a mixed salt of potassium salt and magnesium salt; cleaning the mixed salt with water to obtain a potassium salt crystal; and adding the potassium salt crystal into the permeate. |
