EXTRACTION METHOD OF 9-TIME STEAMED USING ELECTRIC MEDICINE BOILING POT

An extraction method of 9-time steamed red ginseng solution using an electric medicine boiling pot is provided to reduce loss of saponin ingredient and improve medical effect. An extraction method of 9-time steamed red ginseng solution using an electric medicine boiling pot(A) includes the steps of: supplying water into a decoction vessel(6) of an electric medicine boiling pot having a wicker tray(2) and a condenser(4); steaming in water with a temperature ranging 97~100°C during approximately 3~4 hours using an inputted program by supplying an appropriate ginseng to the wicker tray; cooling and drying during 1~2 hours by turning off power after the steaming process; steaming during the same hour under the same temperature condition by heating again after the drying process; supplementing an appropriate amount of water after performing 9-time steamed red ginseng solution process; and extracting a ginseng solution by heating during about 20~30 hours with the water of temperature ranging from 83 to 85°C.
