A handle for cookware is provided to widely accommodate a thickness of the cookware and prevent an operation lever from being widened even though griping the cookware having a large thickness. A handle for cookware includes a body(10), an operation lever(20), a slider(30), and a stopper. The body has a first coil spring installed in an operation space, and a vessel adhesion surface adhered to a front surface of the vessel. The operation lever is movably connected to the body by a hinge pin, supported by a second coil spring, and connected to one end of a rotating plate. The slider has a rear projection(31) projecting downward from a rear end of the slider, and a front projection(32) projecting downward from a front part thereof. The stopper has a latch(40) having teeth meshed with a hooking groove of the slider. |
