<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomato package capable of retaining freshness of tomato (overripe prevention such as reduction of softening, discoloration and acidity decrease of tomato). <P>SOLUTION: This packaged tomato package has oxygen concentration of 4%-12% and carbon dioxide concentration of 8%-16% in the package 48 h later after packaging tomatoes. A packaging bag has at least one kind selected from scratch, crack, pore and incision, and an opening area of a pore per 100g tomato is (3.0×10<SP>-3</SP>) to (3.1×10<SP>-2</SP>) mm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
