PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body operation management device and a mobile body operation management system which automatically inform an arrival of a mobile body to the destination or a departure of a mobile body from the destination. SOLUTION: A mobile body operation management device comprises a GPS receiving operation unit 2 which calculates a position by receiving a signal from a GPS satellite, and a communication unit 4 which sends the current position of the mobile body calculated in the GPS receiving operation unit through a radio communication to a control center 10 which manages an operation condition of the mobile body, wherein a recording unit 3 which previously records at least the destination of the mobile body, and a control unit 5 which automatically sends information which includes at least the information that the mobile body has arrived at the destination through the communication unit 4 to the control center 10 when the current position of the mobile body calculated in the GPS receiving operation unit 2 agrees with the destination.
