PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program product, a receiver, a terminal, and a device and an element, and various viewpoints, a configuration of implementation, and other methods of realizing characteristics, while enabling a precise estimation of a velocity of the terminal efficiently in a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: The terminal, a satellite station communicating with the terminal, and each position of two or more satellites are determined to begin with. Further, a rate of residue of a variation of a pseudo-range is decided for each satellite, for example, from (1) an estimated base-band frequency error including Doppler frequency shift due to a movement of the terminal, and (2) estimated Doppler frequency shift due to the satellite movement. One unit of equations is formed from the terminal, the satellite station, the determined position of the satellite, and the rate of residue of the variation of the determined pseudo-range for the satellite.
