PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device for blowing a gas, which prevents the involution of an oxide and flux floating on the surface of a molten metal by inhibiting a turbulent flow from occurring in the molten metal, and consequently uniformly disperses fine bubbles in the molten metal. SOLUTION: The nozzle device for blowing the gas into the molten metal includes a shaft section 2 having a gas-blowing passage formed along the central axis direction, and a nozzle section 3 which is prepared in a lower end of the shaft section 2 and communicates with the gas-blowing passage 2a, wherein the nozzle section 3 has an inflow hole in its lower part and a discharging hole 3c in its side wall 3b for the molten metal, and can rotate around the central axis.
