PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber latex that does not coagulate within a weak acidic to weak alkaline pH region and can be stably treated with an enzyme in the weak acidic to weak alkaline pH region, and a manufacturing method of a modified natural rubber latex using the natural rubber latex. SOLUTION: The natural rubber latex has incorporated an antiseptic agent therein. The manufacturing method of the modified natural rubber latex comprises treating the natural rubber latex with an enzyme. Preferably, the antiseptic agent is 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one.
