<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small hydraulic power generation facility capable of coping with a change in water level which may occur in heavy rain and flood by installing it for various types of irrigation water. <P>SOLUTION: This floating water turbine power generator can be safely operated even if there is a change in the amount of flowing water or a change in water level in a flood. A large number of the turbine power generators can be easily installed when the water flow conditions are satisfactory by manufacturing the water turbines as follows.1. The turbine is made of aluminum, and reduced in sized and weight. 2. The turbine is formed in a open peripheral flow undershot type. 3. A float with a buoyancy for floating the turbine is installed. 4. The turbine is anchored with two wire ropes since it is not fixed but floated. 5.
