PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion trap in which a high precision ion selection, ECD, and CID are efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: A reactor and a mass spectroscope have the ion trap which is installed with a plurality of rod electrodes and which forms a multiple electrode electric field, a means to form a magnetic field in an axial direction of the ion trap, a means in order to form an electrostatic harmony type potential in the axial direction of the ion trap, and an electron source to carry out electron introduction onto the center axis of the ion trap.
