PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a bag-shaped packaging member which can fix a container to be housed, and also, can facilitate the housing work in the bag-shaped packaging member made of a plastic film. SOLUTION: For this packaging member, one end section in the longitudinal direction of a structure, for which a cylindrical film is stacked into a flat surface form, and both end sections of the side section are folded back to the inside, is bonded to make a bag-shaped body. At the folded back section of the bottom section, a pressure-sensitive adhesive member 6 is arranged, and the surface of the cylindrical film facing the adhesive member 6 is stuck. When packaging is performed by using the packaging member, the bag-shaped packaging member is extended, an article to be housed is placed inside, and the article to be housed is fixed by the pressure-sensitive adhesive member.
