Solar module for a photovoltaic plant

The module has a semiconductor logic unit, formed from MOSFET (metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor). The unit is switched parallel to the module and closed by the provided control electronics in the case of current generation of the module. The unit switches bridging the module with low impedance. A series connection from a diode (D1) and a condenser (c1) is switched parallel to the module, where the condenser is loaded by the module. An independent claim is also included for a photovoltaic system with one string from multiple solar modules switched in a series.
