A scratch preventing apparatus of a corrected continuous cast slab is provided to maximize production quality by preventing the friction from being generated between the corrected continuous cast slab and transfer rollers, improve working efficiency and productivity by efficiently moving up and down the corrected continuous cast slab, and increase the utilization range by installing the apparatus in small place and working space. An apparatus(100) for preventing scratches from forming on a corrected continuous cast slab comprises: a body(110); a pair of guide brackets(120) which are vertically formed at both sides of the body in a length direction, and which have concave grooves(121) longitudinally formed at an inner side thereof; a pair of lifting-and-lowering brackets(130) which are formed in the body and rotated around hinge shafts(111), and which have guide rollers(131) formed at one side of upper parts thereof; a linkage rod(140) for linking the lifting-and-lowering brackets; a roller table(150) which has catching projections longitudinally formed at both sides thereof such that the catching projections are inserted into the concave grooves of the guide brackets and are movable in upper and lower directions, and which have a plurality of rotary rollers longitudinally formed at upper parts thereof, and the guide rollers closely adhered to lower parts thereof; and a hydraulic cylinder which is installed at one side of the body, and moves the linkage rod forward or backward to rotate the lifting-and-lowering brackets in upper and lower directions.
