A window frame and a lattice for a safety window are provided to heighten flexibility and strength against external impact or physical force by forming concave curved parts and flat parts on the corners in the vertical direction. The invention relates to a window frame(100) and a lattice composed of a vertical lattice(210) and a horizontal lattice(220) for a safety window enabling to heighten flexibility and strength for absorbing external impact or force by forming wavy concave curved parts(310) and flat parts(320) on four corners of the window frame and the lattice continuously in the vertical direction. Hereon the concave curved parts and the flat parts are formed to cross each other by rotating convex parts formed on the inner circumferential surface of two upper and lower molds in a 360-degree arc.
