摘要 The proposed method for determining content of pectic substances in powdery plant food product implies the hydrolysis of pectic acids by alkali, with the following neutralization with inorganic acid, and the titration of the product. The method is distinctive by preliminarily treating the product with ethanol and diluting with water, at a ratio of 1:10 between the components of the solution, for 30 minutes at a temperature of 45 ?C.
