An indoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to cover space spaced between a cabinet and a frame panel, and to stably guide direction of air moving to the cabinet by forming an intake grill in corners of the frame panel. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a cabinet, a frame panel(30) and an intake grill(250). The frame panel is installed along the cabinet. The intake grill is formed in the frame panel to be protruded toward the cabinet, and formed so as to allow air to be circulated. The intake grill is formed along corners of the frame panel.
