FIELD: organic chemistry, peptides. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology used for stabilization of loop-shaped structure of synthetic peptides. Invention proposes a method for stabilization of loop-shaped structure of synthetic peptides by noncovalent interaction of hydrophobic hydrocarbons or their radicals between them wherein hydrophobic hydrocarbons or their radicals are arranged at opposite N- and C-ends of peptide, or in immediate vicinity from their, and these hydrophobic hydrocarbons or their radicals are bound with a hydrophobic carrier noncovalently also. Invention provides stabilizing loop-shaped peptide structures without changes of amino acid sequence of peptide and possibility for noncovalent binding the stabilized synthetic peptide antigen with a carrier. Proposed method shows universality and can be used for stabilizing different structures.
