A releasing overshot has body with ring cutter and guide confuser, bushing and gripping elements. In long slots of the bushing turned into the body of the overshot and fixed with special nut gripping elements are mounted, those are arranged as slips with cylindrical outer surface and conical inner surface with threaded teeth.
