A switching device consists of a three-positional mechanical switch with mid position (neutral) having one movable and two fixed contacts, the first, the second and the third output buses, control bus, buses of source of commutating voltage to a common bus, diode, resistor, the movable contact of the mechanical switch is connected with the common bus. In switching device it is introduced the first, the second, the third, the forth, the fifth and the sixth transistors with inducted channels, build-in output protective diodes, the first, the second, the third optoelectronic couple that have pairs: optoelectronic couple - photovoltaic element. Sources of the first and the second, the third and the fourth, the fifth and the sixth transistors are united in pairs and connected, accordingly, with the first leads of the photovoltaic elements of optoelectronic couples. Gates of the first and the second transistor, the third and the fourth, the fifth and the sixth transistors are united in pairs and connected, accordingly, with the second leadsof the photovoltaic elements of optoelectronic couples. Drains of the first, the third and the fifth transistors are connected to the bus of commutating voltage. Drains of the second, the fourth, and the sixth transistors are connected, accordingly, to the first, the second and the third output buses. Light diodes cathodes of the first and the third optoelectronic couples are connected, accordingly, with the first and the second fixed contacts of the mechanical switch. Light diode cathode of the second optoelectronic couple is connected to common bus through diode. Light diodes anodes of the first the second and the third optoelectronic couples are united and connected to the control bus.
