PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy login system and a proxy login server that facilitate application addition and facilitate user management. SOLUTION: The proxy login server comprises a user information database 31 registering user information 32 including user identification information and login identification information used when logging in applications to be used, a proxy login module storage means 33 storing a proxy login module 33a for executing login operations to the applications by proxy for a user according to the user information 32, and a proxy login module sending means 34 for receiving user identification information sent from a client terminal 10, and if the user identification information matches the user identification information registered in the user information database 31, sending the proxy login module 33a to the client terminal 10, which executes the applications in response to user operations.
