The device has a suction body made of a two-layer protection/suction fleece, where individual layers are fixed on one another at one side. A central opening is provided in an upper one-third of the body for inserting a tracheal cannula and/or a tracheal tube. A tracheal-suction compress (1) is formed of three layers with a chamfer having a chamfer width (2) of 25 millimeter and a chamfer length (3) of 25 millimeter from left to right. Bib parts are firmly bonded with a seam (12).
