摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display apparatus which has improved halation correction precision, without increasing the band of a correction value storage memory. SOLUTION: The image display apparatus includes first to N-th electron-emitting devices, a spacer, a drive circuit for correcting each of the first to N-th drive signals for driving the first to N-th electron-emitting devices and outputting it, and first to N-th light emission regions, where the drive circuit has a correction circuit, which has a first circuit of calculating correction value for correcting the drive signal, a second circuit of calculating a representative value by using a plurality of correction values for correcting the drive signal for driving each electron emission device of a group consisting of coming-close M (M: an integer of 3 to N) electron emission devices including first and second electron emission devices, a storage unit for storing the representative value; and a third circuit for correcting a drive signal for driving each electron emission device of the group by using the representative value.
