PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small changeable-color LED lighting system capable of simply changing emission color. SOLUTION: This changeable-color LED lighting system A is provided with: three light emitting diodes LED (R), LED (G) and LED (B) having emission colors different from one another (the emission colors are R, G and B); a rotating base 5 having the respective light emitting diodes LED (R), LED (G) and LED (B) attached thereto and rotatably mounted to a lighting system body 4; an optical output setting part 17 for setting optical outputs of the respective light emitting diodes LED (R), LED (G) and LED (B) so that the optical outputs of the respective light emitting diodes LED (R), LED (G) and LED (B) are asynchronously changed in response to the rotation angle of the rotating base 5; and a lighting circuit part 18 for respectively lighting the respective light emitting diodes LED (R), LED (G) and LED (B) by the optical outputs set by the optical output setting part 17.
