PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of enhancing the operability of a plurality of units to be adjusted. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 10 comprises a lifter mechanism 22 which is provided on a seat body so as to be seated, and adjusted by the transmitted operational force, a reclining mechanism 20 which is provided on the seat body and adjusted by the transmitted operational force, an operation lever 30 with the operational force being input by the operation of a seated person, and a changing mechanism 50 for selectively changing a first state capable of transmitting the operational force of the operation lever 30 to the lifter mechanism 22 and a second state capable of transmitting the operational force to the reclining mechanism 20.
