PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility installing backing 3, a boundary wall backing S and a boundary wall panel T, easy in installation, by easily installing a facility installation on a boundary wall constituted as a panel. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the facility installing backing 3 embedded in the boundary wall for partitioning an indoor space, and being a backing for installing a facility in a boundary wall external part, and has a plate-like facility installing part 11 and a locking member 12 rising from the facility installing part 11. The locking member 12 has a facility installing part joining part 12b rising from the facility installing part 11 and a locking claw 12c formed at a predetermined angle with the facility installing part joining part 12b on the free end side of the facility installing part joining part 12b.
