<p>A vertical varying movement of wheels occurring at traveling is effectively used as a power source to be able to be used for auxiliary power and charging an on-vehicle battery. The portion contacting the ground of a tire (14) is elastically deformed under the total weight of the vehicle as wheels (1) moves vertically, and a shoe portion (15) receives a pressing force from the inner peripheral surface (14a) of the tire (14). Therefore, a second connecting rod (10) acts as a lever with a spindle (8) as a fulcrum. A crank (3) is rotated via a first connecting rod (7) by a large torque produced by the second connecting rod (10). A large power source thus become available can be effectively used for auxiliary power for a vehicle and charging an on-vehicle battery.</p> |
