<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate compressor securing good lubricating performance at a sliding part in a crank chamber and a cylinder bore without accompanied by enlargement, accurately controlling displacement in a case of a variable displacement type, reducing power consumption and improving durability. <P>SOLUTION: A spherical surface bearing 28a opening toward the crank chamber 20 is formed on an end part of a piston 28 of the swash plate compressor. An inner circumference wall and an outer circumference wall are provided on a surface in a cylinder block side of a swash plate 52, and the inner circumference wall and the outer circumference wall partition an annular shape cam surface 86. A shoe 88 is arranged between the inner circumference wall and the outer circumference wall and the shoe 88 is connected to a head 92 fitted in the spherical surface bearing 28a via a rod 90. An outward flange part 78a and an inward flange part 80b project out of the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface. The flange parts 78a, 80b retains the shoe 88 on the cam surface 86 with forming a slit 82 allowing passage of the rod 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
