SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TELEPHONE RECEPTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for telephone reception by which use of a cellular phone and the Internet is made unnecessary, a complicated operation is eliminated to allow appropriate responses by a customer center.

SOLUTION: The telephone reception system for putting through a phone call to terminals 31,..., 3nof the center in response to the phone call from a customer includes: a reception data base 13 which sequentially registers customers' telephone numbers; and a telephone reception server 11 which registers a customer's telephone number in the reception data base 13 and transmits a voice message for informing that an order that the reception terminals of the center answers to a phone call of the telephone number which becomes a predetermined order among the telephone numbers accumulated in the reception data base 13 approaches when the reception terminals 31,...3nof the center are occupied when the phone call is received from the customer.
