<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare insertion output information by emphasizing (emphasizing with a color and output size or the like) data of higher priority while reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of merchandise data having priority and a plurality of pieces of form information having form information for each priority are registered in a DB 108. Then, generation of catalog information is instructed by designating a plurality of merchandise data and pieces of form information from a client PC. Then, the catalog generation module 307 of a server 107 selects a template corresponding to the priority of each designated merchandise data.
