PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a span between bearings center-impelling a pinion, and preventing lubricating oil applied around a pair of wheels from flowing outside the bearings. SOLUTION: This device has a pinion 3 and a gear wheel 4 whose shafts are arranged to be parallel and meshed with each other, and first and second bearings 20, 22 center-impeller supporting the pinion 3. The pinion 3 is connected with a tooth-groove of the pinion, and has a groove 3c shallower than the length of the tooth and an annular groove 31 installed in the middle of the groove 3c. A sealing ring 10 is externally fitted with the annular groove 31, and the first bearing 20 is externally fitted around the groove 3c, so as to seal a space between the first bearing 20 and the groove 3c with the sealing ring 10.
