<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of further efficiently heating a cooking utensil to be heated that is made of a low-permeability material. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating part 33 composed by stacking a high-conductivity ceramic 31, an induction heating element 17 and a heat-insulating insulator 19 in layers in that order from the side of a top plate 3 is arranged on the undersurface side of the top plate 3 and in a part corresponding to a mounting part 4. The induction heating element 17 is formed into a flat shape by arranging a small-width and thin plate-like nonmagnetic material so as to draw convolutions while sequentially forming insulating gaps from the inside to the outside. When a closed loop is formed by connecting the winding start part to the winding end part of the convolutions, equivalent series resistance of the induction heating coil 6 is increased, an induction current is carried to the induction heating element 17 by magnetic flux generated by the induction heating coil 6 to generate heat, and the cooking utensil 8 to be heated is indirectly heated by heat transfer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
