PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for preventing illegal use by limiting specific information processing execution such as the writing of secrecy information in information equipment. SOLUTION: This information processor for executing a prescribed information processing application is provided with an unique information acquiring means 35 for acquiring unique information for uniquely specifying the information processor; a first encryption processing means 37 for encrypting the unique information by first encryption processing to generate a registry key; a storage means for preregistering the registry key, a collation means for acquiring information unique to the information processor by the unique information acquiring means 35 in starting the information processing application, and for generating a registry key by the first encryption processing means 37 from the acquired unique information, and for collating the registry key with the registry key registered in the storage means; and an execution limiting means for limiting the execution of the information processing application based on the collation result of the collating means.
