PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform of the optimum wake-up time or the wake-up hour that offers pleasant awakening. SOLUTION: A wrist watch 100 with a sleep sensor, including the sleep sensor 17 has a RAM 163 storing a time period of falling asleep, since a person goes to bed until he falls asleep as falling-asleep information 163a acquired, based on a pulse rate detected by the sleep sensor; and a CPU 161 for controlling to inform of, if a desired sleep time period is specified after the falling-asleep information is stored, in advance; an expected wake-up time and an expected wake-up hour calculated, based on the desired sleep time period and the time period of falling asleep from an alarm 19 at one of time points, including a time point before going to bed, a time when the expected wake-up time is reached and a time, when the expected wake-up hour elapses after the user falls asleep.
