PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee management system for appropriately evaluating the work content of each employee of a game hall. SOLUTION: The employee management system 1 is provided with portable terminal equipment 5 carried by each employee for transmitting unique identification information and work information indicating the kind of work implemented by the employee. Additionally, the employee management system 1 is provided with a calling device 2 for receiving the work information transmitted from the portable terminal equipment 5, receiving game condition information transmitted from a game machine 100 and transmitting work relating information to a management device 4 on the basis of the received information. The management device 4 prepares evaluation data for evaluating the employee on the basis of the work information received from the portable terminal equipment 5 or the like. The evaluation data include an evaluation based on the number of times of the work for each work kind and an evaluation based on the coping time of the work from the occurrence of game conditions or the like to be the trigger of the work to the implementation of the work or the end of the work when the work is implemented as well.
