<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily package an electronic device having a movable member at low cost such that an outer part of a housing capable of being in contact with the movable member in the transportation is not damaged. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus 1 has a paper supply tray 11 slidably provided to a housing 10. Guard sections 11a to be possibly in contact with the housing 10 are formed on both of front sides of the paper supply tray 11. When the image forming apparatus 1 is packaged, a shock absorption sheet 2 having a hole section 2a on its sheet face is placed between each guard section 11a and the housing 10 such that each guard section 11a is fitted to the hole section 2a. By attaching the paper supply tray 11 to the housing 10 in the above condition, the guard sections 11a are not in contact with the housing 10. As a result, even when vibration is applied thereto in the transportation, the guard sections 11a are not brought into contact with the housing 10 by the vibration of the guard sections 11a so that the outer part of the housing 10 is not damaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
