PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which has signal attenuation suppressed as much as possible and is constituted by connecting a semiconductor element mounted on a substrate to a wiring board, an electrooptical device which has signal attenuation suppressed as much as possible and has excellent display characteristics, and electronic equipment using the electrooptical device. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device comprises the substrate 20 which holds an electrooptical substance, a substrate-side first wiring line and a substrate-side second wiring line 25 provided on the substrate 20, the semiconductor element 30 arranged on the substrate 20, a first input bump and a second input bump provided on a substrate-side surface of the semiconductor element 30, an output bump which is provided on the surface of the semiconductor element 30 on the side of substrate 20 and connected to the substrate-side first wiring line, a base material 41 mounted on the substrate 20, a first wiring line 42a which is provided to the base material 41 and electrically connected to the first input bump, and a second wiring line 42b which is provided to the base material 41 and electrically connected to the second input bump through the substrate-side second wiring line 25.
