PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well treat the appearance without impairing the waterproofness of a sash window frame portion in a reforming method in which a new wall panel is installed on an existing wall surface. SOLUTION: A strip-like base 11 fixedly disposed along the four sides of the existing sash window frame 1, an extension piece 13 for joining extending from the sash frame 1 side end of the strip-like base part 11 in the direction of the existing sash window frame, and an edge member 14 projecting from the surface of the wall surface 2 to be reformed and extending from the sash window frame side end of the strip-like base 11 are installed on a substrate material 3 installed on the existing wall surface 4.
