PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat lock device enabling, by a single operation member, an operation displaying whether or not a striker is engaged with a hook member and an operation disengaging the hook member from the striker. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat lock device capable of holding a seatback supported by a vehicle body in a collapsible manner at a standing position, an operation member 21 is displaceable to a first stop position A corresponding to the waiting position of a sensing member 10 for detecting whether or not a striker 5 is engaged with a hook member 8, to a second stop position B corresponding to the lock detection position, and to operating positions C, D passing through the second stop position B with the first stop position A as the starting point. An interlocking member 23 is provided, which transmits the operation of the operation member 21 to the operating positions C, D only to an open lever 9, and transmits the operation of the sensing member 10 from the lock detection position to the waiting position only to the operation member 21 to displace the operation member 21 from the first stop position A to the second stop position B.
