PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pavement material for improving durability at a high temperature in summer, in an elastic pavement material using a thermoplastic binder. SOLUTION: This elastic pavement material includes a binder including an ethylene acetic acid vinyl copolymer EVA and wax at a rate of 30 : 70 to 90 : 10 in the weight ratio without including asphalt, a ribber chip and/or rubber powder and an aggregate.
