<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breakage probability calculation method for analyzing stochastically a process from the generation of a plurality of cracks up to breakage, using a Monte Carlo simulation method. <P>SOLUTION: This breakage probability calculation method is provided with a crack number determination process 21, a trial frequency assigning process 22, a determination array process 23, a progress/coalescence analytical process 24 for receiving a result in the determination array process 23, and for analyzing a progress process and a coalescence process as to the plurality of cracks, using a theory of probability, and a breakage analytical process 25 for analyzing a breakage process of failing equipment or a member of a measuring object, using the theory of probability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
