<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposing device which thermoplasticizes thermoplastic materials at high quality. <P>SOLUTION: In this disposing device for thermoplastic materials, in the middle of the vertical directional length of the internal space of a container body 7 from a throwing-in port a1 for an object to be disposed to a rotary body 10, the object feeding/dropping means 32 which takes in the object (w), which have been thrown in from the object throwing-in port a1, by a specified flow, crushes and drops them onto the rotating body 10 is provided to constitute the disposing device. The object feeding/dropping means 32 preferably drops the objects (w) onto the rotating body 1 under a state in which the middle of the vertical directional length of the internal space of the container body 7 from the throwing-in port a1 to the rotating body 10 is approximately air-tightly partitioned.
