PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional bag-like handle cover considering warm-keeping as important thing, putting in/out of the hand is not easy during driving, the inside easily gets wet by rain and snow, labor is required for attachment since it is mounted by a string or a bolt and beautiful appearance is impaired by hanging down. SOLUTION: A guard body 1 is formed by a foam elastic sheet material excellent in water repellence and twist-restoration property. Cut-in parts 2, 3 are provided on one side of the guard body 1 to form an attachment part 4. A detachment part 5 and a belt 6 are attached to an end of the attachment part 4 and it is made attachable to the handle by the attachment part 4. Detachment parts 11 and 12 are provided on the end of the guard body part 1 on the attachment part side, and the handle cover is formed by attachment of the detachment parts each other.
