PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry-on the back type powder spray low in processing cost and keeping sufficient durability of an outer frame, and to provide a connecting element for the frame. SOLUTION: The carry-on the back type powder spray comprises a frame 21 of a crank shape, a crank shape frame 22 whose both stay 22a ends are each connected to stays 21a of the frame 21, and a connecting members 50 connecting a pair of the stays 21a of the frame 21 with a pair of the both stay 22a ends of the frame 22, wherein the connecting elements 50 comprises a cylinder 51 in which a pair of the stays 21a of the frame 21 is passed through, a cylinder 52 in which a pair of the ends of the stay 22a of the frame 22 is inserted and a bracket 53 connecting the cylinder 51 and the cylinder 52, and further the connecting member 50 can be divided into two parts where each of the cylinder 51, the cylinder 52 and the bracket 53 is halved and these half elements 50a and 50b are connected to each other with screws 60a to 60d.
