PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily carry out positioning and connecting of lead wiring, and a heat-shrinkable tube insulation treatment, irrespective of the types of solders. SOLUTION: Since an extra solder 22 fitted on core wires 12a, 14a is melted without contacting a heat source by optical energy irradiated from the outside, before a translucent insulation resin tube 19 softens and contracts, projections will not be generated on a solder 23, as is the case when soldering iron is used. Therefore, breakage is hardly generated on the translucent insulation resin tube 19, and insulation property will not be impaired. Additionally, since the translucent insulation resin tube 19 is heat-shrunk by receiving heat of molten solder 23, the peripheral parts of lead wires 12, 14 in a status of being connected by the solder 23 can be insulated from outside by the translucent insulation resin tube 19.
