PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make existence of a wall mounting TV inconspicuous when not viewed. SOLUTION: A first invention is an electronic wallpaper for making existence of a wall-mounting TV inconspicuous when not viewed by displaying a pattern identical to that of a wall surface on which the wall mounting TV is installed. A person sensor is built in and the electronic wallpaper does not operate in principle when there is no person in the room. A second invention is a mechanism for making the wall-mounting TV cover completely flush with the wall when viewed, by adding a mechanism for vertically translating or winding the TV cover of a pattern identical to that of the wall when not viewed.
