PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with a suspending band for piping easy to handle with enhanced operational efficiency and capable of reducing cost in a manufacturing process at a low price as conventional suspending band products with various ingenuity for enhancing efficiency are expensive and difficult to use. SOLUTION: In a claim 1, a female thread is cut at a bolt insertion opening part at a leg part of a turn buckle used as a set of the suspending band, a bolt and a nut by burring and the suspending band can be fixed by a fixing means at the leg part of the turn buckle via the bolt. In a claim 2, the bolt becomes hard to be removed as the bolt insertion opening part at the leg part of the turn buckle is formed as large as the bolt attached to the suspending band with the nut can be inserted and operational efficiency is enhanced as the suspending band becomes unlikely to be disengaged only by inserting the bolt into the leg part of the turn buckle with the fixing means.
