The device has a permanently refillable water tank (7) for moisting a cloth roll (12) with water, where a pump (9) is used for providing water to the water tank. An interior roll (13) is made from a hard plastic, and is perforated repeatedly during the interior humidification of the cloth roll. A plastic container (3) is provided for storing the dirt caught by the device. An immovable border with bristle/silicone bristles are bonded with Chinese velours paste (2), and connected with the cloth roll for brushing off/abrading rough dirt. An independent claim is also included for a cloth roll.
