The device (1) has a holding device (5) with a supporting board (6). The two ends (7) of supporting board penetrating into a stud bolt (8) are provided. The upper end (9) of the holding device supports the reference books (2) in the non-usage position by the nuts (10) on the upper side (11) of the supporting board. The lower end (12) of the holding device comprises a longitudinal slot (13) placed in a metal bar (14). The back of reference book is clamped between the bar and the lower side (15) of supporting board. The reference books are mounted on the holding device.
