PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which enables a spring member, a liquid passage forming member and a connecting part to be arranged good in the periphery of the cap, and also enables the liquid passage forming member to be easily connected to the connecting part, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus. SOLUTION: The cap 29 made freely movable up and down in a printer has a top face (opposed face) 29a opposed to a nozzle forming face of a recording head, and a side face 29c along an up and down movement direction. A plurality of cap cells 33a-36b which receive a liquid ejected as waste liquid from the recording head are each formed open in the top face (the opposed face) 29a to have a predetermined depth. A plurality of connecting ports 42-49 individually corresponding to respective discharge tubes 41 are prepared at the side face 29c.
